Green Finance Senior Manager
The Global Decarbonization Hub Green Finance Senior Manager will be a dedicated expert leading and growing our Sustainable Finance offering. They will drive the development and deployment of our sustainable finance proposition globally, support client pursuit and delivery, and strengthen internal capabilities for sustainable finance. Your challenges
- Originate and support sustainable finance opportunities with member firms, including targeting key accounts, proposal development, and client relationship building.
- Lead or support delivery of advisory projects, e.g., designing approaches, presenting to senior stakeholders and reviewing outputs.
- Collaborate with sector, ESG, and client account leads to provide excellent client offerings.
- Advance and globalise KPMG’s sustainable finance propositions, including sustainable finance frameworks, tools, policies, and methodologies across asset classes.
- Build and lead a global community of sustainable finance professionals through working groups, knowledge sharing, and delivery playbooks.
- Upskill teams across regions through training, case studies, and best practice delivery methodologies.
This is what you bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Deep understanding of the Sustainable Finance market and practices, e.g. the perspectives of finance providers and finance receivers, impact investing and transition finance.
- Strong knowledge of key frameworks, standards and frameworks (e.g., SFDR, SDR, EU Taxonomy, GFANZ Transition Finance Framework, ISSB, Transition plans, SBTi).
