We’re seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our expanding Leadership & Culture team at EY's People Consulting. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues from various expert teams to engage with leaders, teams, and organizations, addressing a wide range of opportunities with international clients across multiple industries.

Experience & General job requirements - We are looking for a candidate who

Demonstrates strong expertise in the topics of Leadership, Culture, and Teaming, with a background in either elite sports, the military, or any other relevant (leadership, culture or teaming) background.
Has experience in designing and facilitating leadership and/or team development workshops and programs.
Has experience in organizational culture development projects within organizations.
Has strong analytical skills in assessing behavior, culture, and leadership in an organizational context.
Has excellent social and stakeholder management skills.
Is eager to develop or has experience in client-facing project management.
Preferably holds a relevant master’s degree, such as in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or Change Management.
Has relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years in industry or consulting-related roles with a strong affinity for Leadership, Culture, and Team Dynamics.
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

Has the ability to bring ideas and insights to clients that provide value, help address risks and assist in driving solutions.
Demonstrates resilience in stressful situations and excels in performing under pressure.
